Clients may request to cancel services at any time before the commencement of the scheduled session. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us at 98250 51470. Please note that cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee.

1.2. Radha Krishna Astrologer Cancellations:

In unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, Radha Krishna Astrologer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services. In such cases, clients will be notified promptly, and efforts will be made to reschedule the session at a mutually agreeable time. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:

Services were canceled by Radha Krishna Astrologer, and rescheduling is not possible.
In the event of technical issues or disruptions that significantly impact the quality of the session.

2.2. Non-Refundable Services:

Refunds will not be provided for completed services or sessions.

2.3. Refund Process:

To request a refund, please contact us at 98250 51470 within 2 days of the canceled session. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

3. Rescheduling Services

3.1. Client Initiated Rescheduling:

Clients may request to reschedule services at least 4 hours before the scheduled session without incurring additional charges. Rescheduling requests made within 4 hours of the session may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

3.2. Radha Krishna Astrologer Rescheduling:

In the event that Radha Krishna Astrologer needs to reschedule a session, clients will be notified promptly, and efforts will be made to arrange a new session time. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
